Feels One Minute for Yourself is developed by Buzz Industries LLC with one foundational principle: your inner world belongs to you alone. We are committed to a design that is private by architecture — your data never leaves your device.

2. Information We Collect

Feels does not require you to create an account. We never collect personally identifiable information including:

• Names
• Email addresses
• Phone numbers
• Home addresses
• Payment information

Feels stores everything you create entirely on your device. This includes:

• Journal entries
• Emotional check-ins
• Streaks
• Daily Plant progress
• Tree Journey progress
• Achievements
• Personal preferences and settings

3. Local Storage and Your Data

All your data is stored locally on your device using standard on-device storage. Feels stores journal entries, emotional check-ins, streaks, Daily Plant progress, Tree Journey progress, achievements, and personal preferences and settings on the device.

4. Information You Provide

Your journal entries, emotional reflections, and all other personal content are never uploaded to Buzz Industries LLC servers or any third-party servers. Everything you write stays on your device.

5. Device Permissions

Feels stores information using standard on-device storage. The Feels Privacy Policy does not describe additional device permission requests such as camera, location, or notification access.

6. How We Use Information

Information you create in Feels is stored locally on your device so the app can provide its features on that device. Your journal entries, emotional reflections, and all other personal content are never uploaded to Buzz Industries LLC servers or any third-party servers.

7. Information Sharing

Sharing only happens when you choose it. If you use the in-app Share feature to send a journal entry or reflection to another app or person, that content is shared by your explicit action. We have no involvement in or access to what you share.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your data to any third parties.

8. Data Retention and Deletion

Because Feels stores information locally on your device, that information remains on the device. The Feels Privacy Policy does not describe a separate in-app account or remote deletion process.

9. Device Backups

Depending on your device settings, locally stored information may be included in backups made by Apple (iCloud) or Google (Google Backup). Please refer to your device's privacy settings to manage backup preferences.

10. Children's Privacy

Feels is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can address it promptly.

11. Third-Party Services

We believe your attention is yours. Feels does not use:

• Analytics SDKs or telemetry
• Advertising SDKs or ad networks
• Tracking technologies or pixels
• Behavioral profiling

Personal content is never uploaded to Buzz Industries LLC servers or any third-party servers. Sharing with another app or person occurs only when you use the in-app Share feature.

12. Security

Feels is designed to be private by architecture. Your data never leaves your device.

13. Your Choices

Sharing only happens when you choose it, through the in-app Share feature. You can manage whether locally stored information is included in device backups through your device's privacy settings.

14. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. When we do, we will update the Effective Date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
